Join The MIA Series for our one & only operation in 2026. Challenge26 will push all players to their limits with a brand new operational format.
24 HOURS of Military Immersion Airsoft.
BUT NOT AS YOU KNOW IT.
Challenge26 will see a new format introduced to The MIA Series. This new format will not replace our traditional 40+hour Milsim’s scheduled to return in 2027. Challenge26 will take the peak experiences of our traditional operations and combine them into 1 condensed but formidable mission over the 24 Hours. This will allow new players to test their limits, whilst providing faction regulars of The MIA Series to battle it out.
The Challenge format will also act as an MIA Series Player evaluation event that ensures once you have completed the Challenge format you are cleared to play in all future MIA Series events such as MIA#8 & MIA#SE Events.
This new edition to The MIA Series will see new uniform regulations that differ from our traditional ETG NATO & BDR EASTERN Forces uniforms. Challenge26 in July will see ANY camouflage pattern / uniformed allowed.
Apart from the ‘Base’ Uniform changes: ALL PLAYERS MUST COMPLY WITH THE MIA SERIES KIT REGULATIONS & EVENT RULES AS PER TACSOP v2.3 (Must have approved sleep cell and mandatory MIA Player & Safety Items)

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any MIA SERIES event organized by Tactical Concepts NZ Limited ("Company"), I, the participant, hereby agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that Airsoft is a physically demanding and potentially hazardous activity. I understand that by participating in Airsoft events, I may be exposed to risks and hazards, including but not limited to:
(a) Physical injury (including bruises, sprains, fractures, concussions, and other injuries);
(b) Impact from BBs, which can cause pain, welts, or other forms of bodily harm;
(c) Collisions or falls while running, diving, or moving quickly;
(d) Injury from equipment malfunction or misuse; and
(e) Environmental factors such as uneven terrain, weather conditions, or other external conditions.
I understand that these risks cannot be fully eliminated, and I voluntarily choose to participate despite these inherent risks.
2. Release of Liability
I hereby release and discharge the Company, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or in any way related to my participation in MIA SERIES events, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.
3. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, actions, losses, damages, or liabilities, including legal's fees and costs, arising from my participation in The MIA SERIES events, including any claims brought by other participants, spectators, or third parties.
4. Medical Condition
I affirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would impair my ability to safely participate in MIA SERIES events. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before participating in any physical activities, including Airsoft. I agree to notify the Company of any medical conditions or restrictions prior to participating.
5. Use of Equipment
I understand that all Airsoft equipment including my Restricted Airgun (Airsoft) provided by myself / I as a participant must be used in accordance with the instructions and safety guidelines provided. I agree to wear all required safety gear, including but not limited to goggles, masks, and protective clothing, and to follow all rules and guidelines for safe participation. I agree to adhere and follow all MIA SERIES rules and regulations relating to FPS (Feet Per Second) & correct Joule rating for my Restricted Airgun (Airsoft) Class.
6. Acknowledgment of Rules
I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and guidelines established by the Company for the safe conduct of the MIA SERIES Airsoft event. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
7. Photo and Video Release
I grant the Company permission to take photographs or videos of me during the event for marketing, promotional, or other purposes. I waive any rights to compensation for the use of my image or likeness in such media.
8. Severability
If any provision of this Waiver and Release of Liability is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
9. Governing Law
This Waiver and Release of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
10. Acknowledgment of Understanding
By purchasing this Ticket, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the contents of this Waiver and Release of Liability. I understand the risks associated with participating in a paintball event and voluntarily choose to participate. I am signing this waiver freely and without any coercion, and I affirm that I am of legal age (18 or older) or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if under the age of 18.
**All tickets are non-refundable and non transferable. With the exception of Current NZDF personnel, First Responders or Civil Defence called to duty.
